CCECA has contracted a third party vendor to generate an American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey. Emails and postcards have been sent out to members requesting survey completion. At this time select members will receive phone calls from the third party service to complete the survey over the phone. These calls are legitimate and will help us better know and serve our member-owners. We appreciate your help and understanding in order to properly complete the survey! As always, we advise members to stay alert and aware of potential spam calls. If you have any additional questions you are welcome to call our office at 712-297-7112.
Each year, CCECA sponsors one high school sophomore or junior on an expenses-paid trip to Washington D.C. The 2023 trip will take place on June 17-23, 2023 with orientation the evening of June 17 in Des Moines.
