If you download our app and already have an account with our Online Bill Pay Portal, the login information is the same.
If you have not previously created an account, please follow the prompted instructions:
1. Register New User
2. Enter Username, Email Address, Display Name, Password (7-30 characters, 1 number, 1 upper and lowercase character and 1 special character) and Confirm Password
3. Then proceed to login with username and password.
4. Once logged in, choose add account.
5. Enter account number for electric service, choose registration method (meter number or e-mail address - please note that in order to use e-mail address it needs to match the one associated to your electric account) and enter preferred method. The account and meter number can be found on your monthly statement or you can call our office at 712-297-7112 if you do not know this information.
6. Click submit and account will successfully be added to your mobile app.
