CCECA has contracted a third party vendor to generate an American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey. Emails and postcards have been sent out to members requesting survey completion. At this time select members will receive phone calls from the third party service to complete the survey over the phone. These calls are legitimate and will help us better know and serve our member-owners. We appreciate your help and understanding in order to properly complete the survey! The Calhoun County Electric Cooperative Association's Board of Directors approved a revolving loan fund to help support Marae Erkenbrack's purchase and expansion of her dance studio, Dance 2 Xtreme. CCECA's CEO, Keaton Hildreth, presented her with the $25,000 check on June 12th. Erkenbrack's dance studio is located at 108 S. Center Street in Lake City, Iowa.
